東日本大震災　被災地支援チーム SAVE IWATE

2011年3月11日（金）14時46分頃、東日本大震災が発生しました。岩手県の三陸沿岸地域は甚大な被害を受けました。この災害に対し、民間レベルでできる支援活動に取り組みたいと考え、県内在住有志で「SAVE IWATE」を立ち上げました。

BACKGROUND OF ESTABLISHMENT

On March 13, 2011, SAVE IWATE was founded by 6 volunteers in Morioka, the capital city of Iwate prefecture, to start a March 11 earthquake and tsunami relief project.

On March 23, our first organizational meeting took place. We defined Articles of Incorporation and designated the board members and officially started the process of becoming a non-profit organization.
