Relief Supplies

Q. What is required?

A. Please refer to “Relief Supplies” page first. If you have any questions, please email us.

Q. Do you accept relief supplies donation from individuals?

A. Yes, we do. Please send them or bring them to our office. Please kindly note we are not open for receipt of supplies on Mondays.

Q. Can I send supplies in bulk to the office?

A. Please email us at sviwate@gmail.com before arrangement.

Q. Until when will you collect supplies?

A. At present we plan to continue collection at the same place until September.

Q. What if a certain kind of good becomes no longer required while I’m collecting it?

A. We may be in need of it later again, so we would be grateful if you could keep them with you for a while.

Q. Can I courier supplies?

A. You can either courier them or bring them at the following address:

Q. Do you accept used things?

A. We request brand-new items for underwear, T-shirt and stocks. Other clothing can be second-hand, but those in good condition only.

Q. Can I take supplies from SAVE IWATE for delivery to victims?

A. Yes. To check availability, please email us at sviwate@gmail.com with details about required things and about recipients.

Q. Where and when can I pick up supplies?

A. At our office: 9-36 Nataya-cho Morioka

Tuesday-Friday 10:00 – 15:00, Saturday & Sunday: 9:00 – 15:00

Q. I have a vehicle I can offer for SAVE IWATE’s use.
